How often does it show up?
Every other Thursday. Not daily, not "whenever I feel inspired" — a fixed rhythm so it doesn’t pile up in your inbox.
Is there a welcome sequence, or upsells?
No. You get the next Thursday note, and that’s it. No seven-part onboarding funnel.
How do I leave?
One unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. I won’t email you about leaving, and I won’t ask why.
